We contribute to assisting social emergencies caused by economic, political, environmental or other issues, whether these are of a persistent or occasional nature.

Highlighted projects

SDG 4 | Mozambique Karibu Integration of internally displaced people in schools in Mahate neighborhood, Cabo Delgado, Mozambique, facilitating access, attendance and completion of school cycles for children and youth.

SDG 4 | Mozambique Nets for Protection Protecting displaced, school-age and vulnerable children and youth from abuse, neglect, exploitation and violence by strengthening and creating community-based and institutional networks in Miéze Administrative Post, Metuge district.

SDG 16 | Ukraine and Portugal Support for Ukraine Initiatives to support victims of the conflict in Ukraine.

SDG 10 Response to Pandemic COVID-19 Galp and its Foundation joined together in their various geographies to multiply support and energize those who need it most.

SDG 10 | Portugal Lorry of Hope (Camião da Esperança) Galp, TVI and Rádio Comercial joined forces to help those most in need

Portugal Chama Galp once again supports this initiative, making its network of more than 700 petrol stations available to assist in emergency firefighting operations. In addition to priority access to fuel, firefighters and other professionals involved in the operations also have free drinks, food and rest areas available
