“GALP 2013/2018”: Final redemption and 10th coupon payment

Galp Energia, SGPS, S.A. informs the bondholders of “GALP 2013/2018” that the final redemption and the interest regarding the 10th coupon will be payable as from April 16, 2018 with the following amounts:

Redemption in %	100.00%
Gross interest in %*	1.833144444%

* Subject to corporate/personal withholding income tax in accordance to the taxation rules and rates applicable at the payment date.

Final redemption and interest on bonds will be paid through the Central de Valores Mobiliários, in accordance with the respective regulations (Central Securities Depository Code: GALHOE), being Banco BPI, S.A. the paying agent.
