Qualifying holding of T. Rowe Price Group Inc.

On 23 December 2022, T. Rowe Price Group Inc. notified the Company that, on 21 December 2022, it decreased its indirect holdings in Galp’s voting rights to 4.91%, under the 5.0% threshold.
