Galp Energia sets up partnership for Sines’ CCGT development - Galp Energia has signed today an agreement with a subsidiary of International Power plc (IPR) for the development of the combined cycle gas turbine plant (CCGT) at Sines. Galp Energia signs an agreement for exploration and production in Uruguay - Galp Energia and its consortium partners Petrobras and YPF have signed today in Montevideo, an exploration and production agreement for the Uruguayan continental platform with Acap, the national oil company of Uruguay.

Galp Energia buys 15% of Ventinveste from Martifer Renewables - Galp Energia group has bought from Martifer Renewables, an affiliate company of Martifer SGPS, 50% of the Parque Eólico Penha da Gardunha, Lda., a company that currently holds 30% of the share capital of Ventinveste, S.A. (Ventinveste).

Galp Energia and Morgan Stanley Infrastructure acquired certain of Gas Natural’s Gas distribution assets and gas supply activities in Madrid - Galp Energia and Morgan Stanley Infrastructure today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire jointly certain of the gas distribution and supply businesses in the region of Madrid from Gas Natural SDG, S.A.
