Qualifying holding of Eni S.p.A - In accordance with the terms of articles 16 and 17 of the Portuguese Securities Code, Galp Energia hereby discloses the following information
Galp Energia exercises option of operatorship in Aljubarrota-3 concession - Galp Energia announces today it has exercised the option to become the operator of the concession Aljubarrota-3, onshore Portugal, pursuant to the terms of the farm-in agreement signed with Porto Energy in June 2012, under which Galp Energia acquired a 50% participating interest in the Aljubarrota-3 concession.
Eni completes the sale of 6.7% of Galp Energia’s share capital - Galp Energia informs the following announcements received from the shareholder Eni
Wingat-1 exploration well results - Galp Energia announces that the Wingat-1 exploration well in the Petroleum Exploration Licence (PEL) 23 in the Walvis basin, offshore Namibia, has been concluded and the results from the well indicated the presence of oil, although not in commercial volumes. The Wingat-1 well, spudded in March 25, was drilled in water depths of circa 1,005 meters and has reached a final depth of 5,000 meters. The well is currently being plugged and abandoned.
Galp Energia acquires nine blocks on the first day of the 11th bidding round - Galp Energia participated on the first day of the 11th bidding round for exploratory blocks organized by the National Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency (“ANP”), that was held today in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Dividends payment - The general shareholders meeting of Galp Energia, SGPS, S. A. held on 22 April 2013 approved the 2012 dividend of €0.24 per share. On 18 September 2012, an interim dividend of €0.12 per share was paid.

Appraisal plan of the Area 4 in Mozambique has been successfully concluded - Galp Energia, partner of the consortium for the exploration of Area 4 in the Rovuma basin, offshore Mozambique, announces, that the appraisal campaign of the discoveries in Area 4 in Mozambique has been successfully concluded with the drilling and testing of Mamba South 3, which is the ninth well drilled in the exploration permit.
Resolutions of the annual general shareholders meeting - Galp Energia’s annual general meeting convened today approved the items proposed on the agenda.
Qualifying holding of Templeton Global Advisors Limited - On 15 April 2013, Templeton Global Advisors notified Galp Energia that it has reached on April 12, 2013, a qualifying holding on Galp Energia and corresponding voting rights above the 2% threshold.
