On 15 November 2018, BlackRock, Inc. notified the Company that its subsidiary BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, on 14 November 2018, decreased its total voting rights on Galp's share capital to below the 2.00% threshold.

BlackRock, Inc. maintains a qualifying holding in Galp’s share capital, holding 5.10% of total voting rights.
