Qualifying holding of BlackRock, Inc.

In accordance with articles 16 and 17 of the Portuguese Securities Code, Galp hereby discloses the following information:

On 29 October 2018, BlackRock, Inc. notified the Company that, on 26 October 2018, it increased its indirect holdings in Galp’s voting rights to 5.01%, above the 5% threshold.

At that date, the holdings of the subsidiary BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited amounted to 2.009% of Galp’s voting rights.
