Qualifying holding of BlackRock, Inc.’s subsidiary

In accordance with articles 16 and 17 of the Portuguese Securities Code, Galp hereby discloses the following information:

On 17 October 2018, BlackRock, Inc. notified the Company that its subsidiary BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, on 16 October 2018, increased its voting rights attached to Galp’s shares to 2.004%. The total voting rights held by BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited remains above the 2% threshold, considering the financial instruments held by this subsidiary.

BlackRock, Inc. maintains a qualifying holding in Galp’s share capital, with 4.93%.
