Today, UBS Group AG notified Galp Energia that it decreased, on September 25 2015, its holding on Galp Energia’s share capital and corresponding voting rights to below the 2% threshold.
As from that date, the total number of voting rights held directly and indirectly by UBS Group AG amounts to 8,855,766, corresponding to 1.07% of Galp Energia’s voting rights.
