FLOATING R.NOTES DUE 2014” (Código CVM: GALBOM), to the voluntary prepayment of the total outstanding amount of EUR 150,000,000, on May 12, the payment date of the current Interest Period, pursuant to clause 7.2 of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes.
