Notes Issue of €100,000,000

Galp Energia, SGPS, S.A. hereby discloses that on the date hereof it has completed an issue of Notes, through private placement, in the amount of €100,000,000. The Notes will mature in 2016 and have an interest rate of 6 month EURIBOR plus a spread of 5.125%.

Pursuant to article 249 (2) (d) of the Securities Code (Código dos Valores Mobiliários), Galp Energia, SGPS, S.A. hereby discloses that on the date hereof it has completed an issue of Notes, through private placement, in the amount of €100,000,000. The Notes will mature in 2016 and have an interest rate of 6 month EURIBOR plus a spread of 5.125%.
