Following the resignation presented by Mr. Francesco Giunti, to his position of member of the board of directors of Galp Energia, the board of directors approved the appointment of Mrs. Maria Rita Galli, in replacement of that member.

The decision of the board of directors will have to be confirmed at the next general shareholder meeting.
